A legacy in the present. Ten years of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco

The Nouveau Musée National de Monaco (New National Museum of Monaco) showcases an unknown heritage and collection by promoting the discovery of the contemporary scene around two overarching themes, "Art and Territory" at Villa Paloma and "Art and Performance" at Villa Sauber.
On the occasion of the first ten years of the important Monegasque cultural centre, the short documentary 'L'Héritage du Present' highlights the museum's vocation, that of preserving, guaranteeing continuity and communicating to society the value of the world's cultural and natural heritage, present and future, tangible and intangible. For several years, the team of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco (NMNM) has been soliciting historians, restorers, designers, set designers, writers, and artists and trying to renew our perspective on the notion of heritage and how to convey it to the most diverse and varied audience possible.
